Zoetis 'next' initiative has really changed the morals and ethics this company used to have Lots going on in secrecy although management tries to come off as transparent Many organizational changes, no job security

Management is horrible Pay is extremely low especially for technicians with degrees Hours are horrible, expect ro be working 50+ hours. Management literally states they do not care about their employees, they expect a ton of work, but do not give pay increases, especially to lab staff. Expect to make a max of $15/hour.
