      Pros

      Respect for workers, high expectations for workers, lots of internal capabilities in terms of technologies, believed in novel drug discovery for animals

      Cons

      Employee review system was beyond ridiculous. The process adopted did not allow a person with a high rating one year to receive a high rating the next year regardless of performance. A person should be judged on their performance - period.

      Total chaos since separating from Pfizer

      Pros

      Industry standard wages and benefits. Still some good, dedicated people remain (but they are slowly leaving to work elsewhere).

      Cons

      Since separating from Pfizer and becoming Zoetis, there has been a steady decline of colleague engagement, development opportunities, and recognition for doing a good job. Only the site leadership team seems happy. No attempt to build the morale of the folks on the floor doing the work.

      Pros

      - benefits - people - challenges - opportunity to travel and meet interesting people - flexible hours Overall - very positve experience.

      Cons

      - lack of smart management decisions - many procedures not adjusted to country specifics, sometimes it does not work - using too much external consultants - they don't care about the company, neither employees - and defintely they are NOT experts
