      Pros

      The people you work with and interact with regularly are typically great. People really do work towards the same goal. Benefits are decent and pay is okay (livable but less than other companies).

      Cons

      There is a huge focus to cut budgets left and right. Management does not appear to know what direction it wants to take and therefore it is always possible that people will be laid off. Managers are often hand off until they can't be and then there is too much micro-management. Life expectancy for Zoetis does not seem long. There is a full expectation that the company will be bought in the next few years or parts will be divested to streamline efforts and budgets. Focus is on money and not colleague engagement. Advancement and movement with in the company is difficult. Merit increases and bonuses are a joke. Must colleagues will not see anything higher than 2.5% increase for meeting expectations. You have to fit everyone into that bell curve.
