Good salary and benefits, good place to learn. You will learn a lot and will be able to have a career in animal health. Great place to have worked. Glad I did it, glad it's over.
Cons
My first three years I had a new boss every year. All were new managers who weren't good motivators. Too much data dumping. Many people in the company have no lives outside organization. Reality changed every six months. Career opportunities are more limited than I was told. Not a lot of exposure to other parts of the organization. People so scared for their jobs it was hard to get anything new done. Many want to keep their heads down and are scared of making mistakes rather than being noticed. Pfizer values were a joke. A lot of disrespect among employees.
