Pros

Good pay and chances to get overtime. Fellow employees and office ppl, communicate well and are genuinely concerned for the new employees and the frustrations we face. The company is absolutely committed to its employees, their products and the customers & animals that use their products.

Cons

There’s a lot of information and vocabulary that is very specific to the job. That is required to learn. But as stated, they (Company, Leads and etc. don’t just hire and put you on the front lines. They see to training and making sure ea employee is aligned for their tasks. And there is no “hurry up” pressures.
