Great pay, benefits, insurance and PTO.

Cons

Constant change. Too many deadlines all at the same time make it impossible to prioritize. There is no work/life balance. Senior Finance Leaders do not listen or care about anyone below them. Feels very dog eat dog. Either fall in line with the whims of senior management or get out. Zero internal opportunities unless you want to relocate.

The only people who really make money here are K Peck and the board. Lowest salary range in the industry for the experience.
