      great people bad management

      Pros

      It was rewarding to have the opportunity to help establish the company as a separate entity before and after the IPO and work with sites around the world.

      Cons

      There was a strong awareness that people don't matter and employee development is only based on a popularity contest. Employees are not rewarded for good work with loyalty. Changes are made without thoughts to the consequences.

      Pros

      The atmosphere of a leader in the market, you have the freedom to succeed and fail, refreshing creative liberties, great diversity of colleagues, very pleasant people with which to work, very collaborative environment

      Cons

      Crippling politics, poor decision making from leadership, unreasonable time cycles, leadership is cheap with ideas and mentally lazy, too much focus on managing upward, directors spend more effort avoiding responsibility than accepting it

      Pros

      Employee benefits at PAH are great - especially maternity coverage, prescription drug coverage, and other perks.

      Cons

      Its next to impossible to earn a bonus at this place due the bizarre calculation methods.There is also a very skewed supervisor to employee ratio.
