Difficult Despite Work From Home

Pros

Pay and compensation. 3 weeks PTO, 10 paid holidays, strong financials and growing business outlook, 5% 401k match, long term stock options. Continued work from home during covid taking a safe approach.

Cons

A lot of chaos. Very political. No work life balance. For me, it felt like a very toxic atmosphere. I felt thrown under the bus (or left to fend on my own) and did not have opportunities to thrive. I didn't feel conflict was ultimately resolved and moved from one fire to another. Roles and responsibilities were unclear at times with no guidance or direction. No career development or coaching offered. I also felt that their was very low morale among team members. Team members did not seam happy but rather stressed. Some consultants took advantage and the organization seamed to limp along rather than replacing with suitable resources.

Pros

Great work/life balance. Good pay and industry standard benefits

Cons

In spite of what they say, there is not a lot of ability for training and learning new skills. Getting budget for training and other things is difficult. Too many great ideas get stuck on petty personality details. Upper management pays too much attention to people who are only professional meeting attenders.

Pros

There are very few positives. You get paid on time. Free parking.

Cons

The main issues revolve around the spineless management of the PhD director and the insane temper of management personnel in the research/manufacturing area. Analytical is a joke too. Stay away from here as you will relocate for no reason. Pay is well below average and there is zero opportunity for advancement. Only people who are here are stuck here but want to leave. The company tries to pretend to serve healthcare but really they just make cheap antibiotics that end up in cattle and poultry which likely significantly contributes to obesity and our poor health.
