      A company in chaos with incompetent and toxic leadership.

      Pros

      Good pay, average benefits. The technicians and other workers bees are the ones who make the trains run on time and they are some of the finest I've ever worked with anywhere.

      Cons

      Zoetis is an ungrateful, soul sucking company that doesn't give a crap about any employee and will outright lie to anyone to get what they want. They will use, abuse, and mistreat you all the while senior management is oblivious of the goings on at the site level. If you want to get ahead you are going to have to do it yourself with little to no assistance from those who should be on your side. It's downright toxic and all the managers know it but don't really care about changing things, only getting people to stop talking about the bad parts.

      Pros

      Great products and reputable company in animal health.

      Cons

      They hire unqualified green managers. Ride along from your manager and team veterinarian are constant. Culture is outdated as it still relies on who’s friends with who. Toxic management in the east region with regional sales manager treating people like they are nothing but numbers.

      Great pay, benefits, insurance and PTO.

      Cons

      Constant change. Too many deadlines all at the same time make it impossible to prioritize. There is no work/life balance. Senior Finance Leaders do not listen or care about anyone below them. Feels very dog eat dog. Either fall in line with the whims of senior management or get out. Zero internal opportunities unless you want to relocate.
