      Great company to start out at. Management and work/life balance is great.

      It's hard for upward growth unless you are on certain contracts.

      Free employee lunch once in awhile.

      Cons

      Zolons website states they offer stock options to employees. This is NOT True. Zolon does not offer stock options to employees and never has offered this benefit.

      Pros

      They seem to care about its The Vice President is super nice. The benefits are pretty generous. I have no complaints about this company.

      Cons

      No real cons to speak of aside from the situation that tends to happen from time to time with small companies when contracts end. Employees are displaced.
