No benefits as such except a very small share on ONLY employee's insurance. No insurance or other benefits for family where Zolon contributes. No 401k No Bonus No salary Increments, or they depend upon if client increases the pay, company may increase the salary

The contract we are on seems to be the contract corporate doesn't care about. I've heard great reports about the company from people on other contracts, but our direct management has ruined this one. If something doesn't impact our management, they do not care. If there is a way to make more money off the contract, they will - even if it is to the employees' detriment - employees are just dollars and numbers not people, after all. They will lie and manipulate the truth if it benefits them, I've seen some extremely shady behavior from management. They are terrible communicators, and by that I mean they do not communicate. Regardless of how many times you ask for there to be a discussion or warning about changes coming down the pipe, you are notified right before it happens if you are lucky; and if you challenge that at all, you are belittled. When they bought out our contract they cut our bonus program, and literally laughed at an employee when they asked if we would be getting a holiday bonus. Their is no opportunity for growth or progressing your career. You never know what you are going to get here from day to day, you just show up and hope the bad news isn't too bad today.
