A good training ground...

Pros

This is a great training ground for those who wants to learn, but required thick skin. I believe in the products that Zonar Systems set out to create. The products offer real-time analysis and solutions for the end users.

Cons

The only depart that gets "SPECIAL" treatment is the software development team. Very high turn over ratio. The company cycles VPs like they are disposable garbage.

With that said, Zonar is definitely a fast-paced work environment that is not for everyone. We take sexual harassment claims very seriously here at Zonar and any reported claims are addressed immediately. We are a Harassment-Free Workplace and strongly encourage any employee who feels uncomfortable or is made uncomfortable by another person in their work environment for any reason to report these incidents to Management Staff and/or speak to an HR representative.

All of this is for old leadership: - Genuinely cared for its employees - Fun environment to work in - Room for growth - Good work life balance

Cons

New ownership will be the inevitable doom of this company. They’ve completely ruined morale and have managed to destroy the company all within 90 days. All of the positives of working for Zonar have been removed, the day they go under I won’t be surprised. Unfortunate eventual ending to a great workplace, I feel awful for the few people they didn’t lay off.
