-Company has lost its footing in the industry and is not growing -Leadership is afraid to make real changes even though they take surveys and hear from employees. (HR knows the problems and they pretend to care but nothing really changes.) -Bad apples stay at Zonar for years seemingly without reprimand even though everyone knows they are the problem. -There was a strong push to go back into the office amidst Covid which made many uncomfortable -Pay was ok but no real raises for two years -No profit sharing or stock grants to employees
