There are still some good people that work there that truly care but they are unable to make change.
Cons
Company is in the strip down part of Private Equity. No one in charge cares about the product or customer just extracting as much value as possible to sell the company. Jobs offshored to Colombia likely with many more to come. Multiple rounds of layoffs, some as recently as last month. There is zero opportunity for growth especially in the US. CEO is very thin skinned and would often post threatening messages in company wide slack channels and the useless HR would need to try to clean up the mess. Wants to be a celebrity CEO so badly but cannot lead. Major customers are leaving. This is before you even mention how poor the product is!
