Work-life balance is amazing here. I work 6-7 hours per day, my manager is understanding, and there are plenty of fun perks/office culture events. The people I work with on my team are all very nice, as are the vast majority of people I've met from other teams. Salary is very competitive, and benefits (PTO/health insurance/etc) are up to industry standard.
Cons
It can be bureaucratic sometimes, in the same manner that most old-ish tech companies can be. Also, there is some VERY legacy code that you'll run into as a software engineer.
You can learn a lot here as a developer. Coworkers are respectful, helpful and are easy to get along with.
Cons
Company sends out memos on a monthly basis with a list of new hires and fires. Constantly feeling like you have to watch over your shoulder. Office politics. Lots of pressure not to make mistakes.
