Pros

Nice people for the most part

Cons

No real marketing, a lot of issues with the market as they sell a lot through NetSuite who now sees them as a competitor. Had to expand through M&A as the core offering was tanking. Complex, expensive (sometimes even more than NS itself), and long implementation timeframes.

Pros

Very good compensation and benefits package, supportive environment, fully remote, unlimited PTO, freedom to work at your own pace, plenty of time to shadow and learn on the job before being held to any (totally reasonable) utilization metrics.

Cons

Growing very quickly, can get busy and stressful at times, but not unmanageable for folks with a good work ethic and decent critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Pros

Remote work with flexible PTO were the only pros

Cons

Company does not care to establish any sort of culture. Everyone is siloed. Turnover rate is incredibly high, new hires don’t stay long at all. Leadership is invisible and far from motivating. HR is a joke.
