Cons

Upper management has shown no real value or improvement to the company in the years i've been there. The highest paid drag down the company while many lower paid deal with high workloads and are told there are no funds for bonuses, promotion, or raises.

Once hired was surrounded by amazing professionals and fantastic company culture.

Cons

They went through reorg, hired people who fired bunch of top notch guys (I guess to cut the costs) and left the company with teams who barely knew what they are doing without proper guidance, and those who were panicking,that another wave of layoffs coming up (which was true). HR absolutely not meeting the expectations of the employees, as well as higher management and CEO - never bothered to dig into employees/teams hardships in those circumstances. However, many many many words were said on company meetings (such as "our doors are always open", "we care about our employees and support them", etc) Felt discriminated several times and nobody stood up for me.

Management is all from a small group from a former company and look to each other rather than looking at the experts they brought in.
