You can learn a lot, but forget about growth.

Pros

If you are beginner in sales it is a nice place to learn. People are very nice overall, you can make good relations. Interesting to see how a small company is effective.

Cons

Benefits are very very poor, and you can’t grow. Management is dumb in a sense. You may see the CEO once a year if you are lucky. There is no work and life balance in company. No bonus, 1% increments, no reverse review.

The people were really great when I worked there - as far as other employees, not the management.

Cons

The management. The lack of appreciation for a job well done. The pay. The drama created by working in a small but diverse group of people (rumor mill).

Great Support staff and co workers. there are a couple who are so knowledgable and I enjoyed working with.

Cons

Some managers don't pay attention to employees- favortism. They only pay attention to those who are already making money. They say that they want us to be successful - but don't have any support to show it
