Pros

Remote, cool product, challenging, busy, great learning experience, not a long term goal.

Cons

Too many meetings, lack of OKRs and transparency, CEO wants to "conquer the market" (lol), stripping away benefits, unstable climate qith lay offs almost every month, reduced salary.

Pros

Exposure to large scale distributed systems and architecture. Work itself is decent in nature

Cons

- very likely you are in a meeting with China engineers multiple times a week. It’s a terrible set up for US based employees - you may be stuck in a very toxic environment with a toxic management

Pros

WFH, predictable, innovative, selling a product that really works

Cons

The folks heading up Sales don’t know Sales. They come from product and partner first background, slowing sales is a result of them not knowing how to lead. Bad data has been an issue for years, everyone that can fix it keeps quitting, leaderships response is “try harder”.
