Good people, poor leaderships

Pros

There are nice ICs and line managers, comps are ok and still relatively remote friendly compared to other companies

Cons

Senior leadership team is not in touched with their employees. The culture is changing and layoffs or silent layoffs happening on an annual or bi-annual basis leading to job insecurity.
