Pros

- Good salary and comms structure. - If you're willing to give it a proper go and build yourself as an elite seller then it's the place to be. - Very fast paced, but culture is great - people are genuine. No complainers taking up energy. - Using all these new Zoom Workplace productivity tools that smash leading competitors in each respective category is genuinely insane to see (some have been in existence for 10+ years and within less than a year we're like for like, if not better). - You're selling what you use all day. Hence, it's easy to feel confident when you're building pipe and in front of net new customers. - ELT will do what it takes to support you if you ask for help. - Most major growing pains of Zoom 2.0 have been resolved over the past year - GTM strategy is much clearer. Really exciting journey ahead.

Cons

- No real cons other than standard process improvements that they're aware of and slowly fixing. Does require you to sometimes get to the bottom of things on your own which seems overwhelming at first.

We understand the challenge of working overtime to communicate with colleagues in different time zones, particularly in China. Your feedback is valuable as we work to better manage global collaboration and time zone differences. Thank you for your contributions during your time with us.
