This is a great environment for driven and self-motivated workers. There are opportunities for growth within the role, including phlebotomy licensing. The company is growth-minded and is always seeking to improve the care patients receive and their overall experience. Patients tend to be very pleased with their experiences here because it tends to be a refreshing experience in comparison to a traditional urgent care, including minimal wait times.

Cons

Constantly looking for ways to improve also means that as an employee, it is very important to be agile and can be a lot to keep up with shifting policies and other transitions. It is also definitely a for-profit organization, for better or worse. Patients who don't have the insurance aren't able to benefit nearly as much from our services, which can end up being highly exclusionary.
