Pros

ZoomCare is a company that hires great people. Across the board, the team is really engaged with bringing a new way form healthcare to the forefront. It's really fascinating to be able to watch the growth from the inside. Opportunities to expand your skill sets into new areas are definitely available for people who want to put in the effort. I love working at ZoomCare -- both for my job and for what it's doing for healthcare -- Can't wait to see what's next!

Cons

I don't have any cons of working at ZoomCare. It's great to have a job where I feel excited to come to work every day. There's always a new challenge. I can see how that type of environment might not suit everyone - but it works really well for forward-moving individuals.

- trust of management to manage complex projects, even if early in your career - opportunity to learn more about business in 6 months than an mba could ever provide - great people who are enjoyable to work with

Cons

- not a good fit for people who can't take constructive, critical feedback - the work can be demanding at times

ZoomCare listens to its employees and cherishes them, and goes to incredible lengths to create a healthy work environment. Every year working at ZoomCare gets better and better. The providers have more influence on the company than any place I know. ZoomCare created its own educational system and clinical support system to provide the best tools to its providers.
