Pros

A lot of ground level opportunity to get into healthcare. The providers are great and give really good care despite sometimes limited resources. Support is available to providers to keep patients.

Cons

People are considered replaceable, and even experienced managers are not given room to use their expertise. Tech work is prioritized over a lot of other roles. Pay and benefits not the best - many times when a higher level staff person leaves, it seems like the work is just handed to others without recognition or pay for more work.

Pros

My coworkers are brilliant and amazing people. Pretty much everyone is easy to get along with and no uncomfortable office politics to deal with.

Cons

Employees in this company are very disposable. Management doesn't care about them in the least and will toss you aside if it benefits them. It's all about lining the pockets of management and especially Dave Sanders, the CEO. Mr Sanders is a media hog and his 'Image" is more important than his employees. Management is definitely lacking in integrity. Benefits are extremely poor. No sick time, do don't get sick or it eats up your earned PTO, No paid holidays and you better love going to zoom for all medical needs or you are SOL as the medical insurance forces you to stay within zoom. This means all coworkers have access to your personal medical chart. Pay is minimal. They can suddenly take random coworkers and decide they are LOD's (Leaders on Duty) which means that suddenly you have a manager over you with absolutely NO management training, experience or skills. Company is very disorganized as a whole and chaotic. They can't make up their mind on protocol or standard operating procedures so you never know whats coming at you and it's inevitable this will cause you to wind up making a mistake on whatever day they decide to change something and this will bite you in the butt. All of this causes an very high turnover rate in employees. Not many people stay very long. I really wouldn't trust the positive reviews on here as management is known to go on here and post fake positive reviews. Seriously, don't waste your time here.

Pros

There are or were folks within the company trying to perform great service in an environment managed by a team of tyrants. They should be lauded for their efforts of trying to do the right thing in an impossible situation. The best indicator that will impress evaluation of this as an employer is the turn-over/attrition rate.

Cons

The leadership team prides itself on being innovative, but their age-old leadership techniques reflect despots and tyrants that riddle human history. It would be tough to be a professional and work here and maintain your moral compass or your professional or personal ethics, as you will be asked to suspend both regularly. Search news articles regarding attrition and search linked in for the number of medical directors they've had in the past 3 years.
