Pros

Having worked here for over a few years, ZOOM+ has proven to be a great place to learn and grow both personally and professionally. You will be challenged and pushed beyond your comfortable limits but there is no job that compares to working here. You are exposed to so many different facets of the business that you will never get bored. The people that work here are brilliant, intelligent and caring.

Cons

ZOOM does move quickly and changes are often, so you must be able to handle ambiguity and frequent change. If you are looking for the same traditional role you are used too; whether it is in customer service, operations, technology or patient care.... then this is likely not the best fit.

Smart co-workers, care about Sarah (patients), innovative. Feels good to be part of a smaller company that isn't bound by politics and can move fast. Lot's of positive change recently.

Cons

Change is fast and constant. Some ideas don't work out perfect. You can't take it personally if your idea doesn't work out.
