Pros

I started at Zoomcare after being out of the medical field for quite some time. It was quite high pressure but it only made me a better worker and able to deal with the stress that comes with all medical billing/coding jobs. My coworkers at the time were amazing. The pay was acceptable after the year raise. I was trained and gained the knowledge for my future career as a medical coder.

Cons

There was a large re-org when I was there, lost a lot of coworkers due to that. I believe they have been bought by a more established company now though. The location was awful as far as parking went. Had to pay high costs and risk getting your car broken into.

Pros

Everyone at this company is wonderful. Kind, professional, and fun to work with. This applies to everyone from the in-field workers all the way up to the HQ employees. Zoom knows how to hire nice people!

Cons

Serious lack of communication between managers, HQ, and associates. Things said in meetings wouldn't be sent to in-field workers. Hours are also a little odd, which has pros and cons but is definitely tiring.
