      Even if already certified you have to be specifically certified through Zoom for lab procedures. Little hands on Pt care.

      Friendly people -- collaborative, fast-paced environment -- quick decision making -- constant innovation -- lots of autonomy -- ability to make an impact/influence.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but there is a lot of change. Employees must be willing to shift gears and adapt as processes, protocol, and tools are all dynamic and ever-evolving. There is a lot of pressure to move fast, and sometimes the byproduct of that is inefficiency through duplication of/wasted effort, ad hoc tactics, and manual reporting.
