Pros

You work with really smart motivated people at ZoomCare. Management is very supportive and continually trying to do the right thing. The company is growing quickly and there's room for professional opportunity. Efforts are made to promote from within.

Cons

Salaries are competitive within the Portland healthcare market.

Over-worked, under-appreciated, disrespected.

Pros

The employees and providers are high-quality and truly care about their patients. I believe the patient experience is in sharp contrast to that of an employee.

Cons

Excellent employees taken for granted, constant negative feedback from management, frequent turnover, required to work weekends and most federal holidays without any extra compensation. A company focused solely on growth and maximizing income, without regard for a positive working environment or work-life balance. Unfortunately, this attitude trickles down from the very top where negative feedback is met with anger and threats.
