Great company to be a part of from the ground up, once you master one skill set you're presented with another to learn. Management gets to know its employees to it can give them opportunities that will give them experience in their areas of interest.

Cons

High rate of change can be overwhelming, but its also the great thing about ZoomCare, you're not bored.
