Pros

ZoomCare is a company that hires great people. Across the board, the team is really engaged with bringing a new way form healthcare to the forefront. It's really fascinating to be able to watch the growth from the inside. Opportunities to expand your skill sets into new areas are definitely available for people who want to put in the effort. I love working at ZoomCare -- both for my job and for what it's doing for healthcare -- Can't wait to see what's next!

Cons

I don't have any cons of working at ZoomCare. It's great to have a job where I feel excited to come to work every day. There's always a new challenge. I can see how that type of environment might not suit everyone - but it works really well for forward-moving individuals.

Pros

This place is a wonderful place to learn and grow in the healthcare industry. If you are looking to get your foot in the door, this is a great place to start!

Cons

Decentralized- there are clinics all over Portland so it is sometimes hard to meet everyone you work with. However, we do have company wide calls that keep us in the loop as to what is going on and new happenings.

Pros

- Benefits package - Hours, No 2am shifts or crazy days were you work 10 days in a row (unless you want the OT). - People that they've hired are super qualified and willing to help you out with anything. -clear mission in place and plans to grow.

Cons

-Sometimes the upper management will ask questions but not really listen to your response. -The constant change can seem chaotic at times.
