-Schedule is pretty good but you do have to work 1 weekend day. -You have the ability to control your schedule on the daily. -Really great clinical support. -Great pay. -Cool colleauges.

Cons

-Management is out of touch with clinical staff needs/day-to-day. -Rolling out poorly thought out ideas/workflows. -Poor staffing for Super clinics making them largely inaccessible.
