Pros

Provides a good work-life balance. Has been a good entry point into the field in the past.

Cons

The annual raise is minimal (<$1.00) and does not include COLA. Many recent company-wide changes have left morale low. The company does not have a diversity director. The company does not provide financial assistance for obtaining further certifications such as a CPC.

Pros

- They train you in Phlebotomy (counts as direct patient care hours/experience) - Good management during my time there - Provider and coworkers were awesome - Diverse working experience in general, many things to learn (enjoyable)

Cons

- PTO policy (~2 ZA's cannot take the same day off within your district) - Time and sickness inflexibility (is subtracted from your PTO bank which accrues extremely slowly. Feels punishing to call out of work) - No real room for growth within the company besides working at Super or becoming a specialized ZA
