Pros

3.5 days on, 3.5 days off. Most of the clinical staff are great!

Cons

The management team has little to no medical experience. They mostly come from a retail background, so all they know is money. The company only wants to make money and will do everything in their power to make you see the max amount of patients in a day. You don't get your legal breaks. You might get a lunch. You will definitely get burnt out and they don't care. They will want you to drive in when it is snowing/freezing rain. They don't care if you get into an accident on your way to work. They just don't care about you as a person. All they want is to suck out your soul and for you to make them money.

Pros

Good Work-Life Balance: Many roles allow for a reasonable work-life balance, with flexible schedules and defined working hours for certain teams, Fast-Paced Environment: Ideal for those who thrive in dynamic and constantly changing settings.

Cons

Toxic leadership culture with lack of accountability and transparency, Superficial commitment to diversity and inclusivity, Overburdened employees due to leadership’s focus on optics over sustainability, Patients are often misled about services and care availability, Headcount reductions create fear and instability among staff, Leadership is detached and lacks empathy for employees’ well-being.
