Terrible CEO, upper management and executive leadership. They put business above people.

Pros

Schedule Coworkers Work/life balance PTO/time off Low stress

Cons

They are closing the Colorado and Idaho clinics so they will no longer be operating out of those markets.

Pros

* Good benefits * Some people are nice * Free ZoomCare visits

Cons

* Not enough time off, we work most holidays * Not enough development in role * Laid off a ton of people consistently for a year due to changes with little to no severance * Not personable, hard to feel like you're part of the team * Upper management pretending they care about your opinions and in reality they're snakes * Run away from this place as fast as you can. Too many changes, not for the best. Something is going on and it is NOT good.
