Healthcare is always changing but ZoomCare maintains a patient first culture when changes happen. As with all Healthcare it can be stressful but as a provider I can walk out of the clinic at the end of my shift. I don't and I am not expected to take my charting home with me. Management listens and reacts and I feel supported

Cons

Our EMR is homemade so it can be limited. I am told we are getting a new EMR in a few months and that will be a huge plus.

Management is the worst part of this job, all managers are from retail and have 0 idea what the medical field is.
