Good overall work experience. Especially for those who wish to seek higher healthcare jobs

- They train you in Phlebotomy (counts as direct patient care hours/experience) - Good management during my time there - Provider and coworkers were awesome - Diverse working experience in general, many things to learn (enjoyable)

Cons

- PTO policy (~2 ZA's cannot take the same day off within your district) - Time and sickness inflexibility (is subtracted from your PTO bank which accrues extremely slowly. Feels punishing to call out of work) - No real room for growth within the company besides working at Super or becoming a specialized ZA

Great place to work as it's just a medical assistant and provider! Lots of practice and ability to help with procedures and policy.

Cons

Poor upper management. District Managers specifically do not have experience in health care or have any interpersonal skills.

Clinic providers are amazing people and I loved every minute I worked with them.

Cons

I had 8 different managers over 2 years. All of them with a different strategic vision and only one of them was truly interested in building a highly effective and successful team. They were let go in a re-org.
