Pros

It is exciting to be a part of a growing organization. Leadership is empowering and PeaceHealth is supporting our growth and development. I have a very supportive manager that helps me be better as an employee. Benefits are great and workplace is fun, engaging and challenging (in a good way).

Cons

I have not found any that are out of the ordinary.

Pros

Fair starting pay matches surrounding market, competent coworkers and managers, amazing health insurance benefits, no drama workplace. We have the best providers and healthcare system I've ever been a patient of - which is a great motivation to work hard and uphold the esteemed reputation that's been built here.

Cons

No holiday pay for hourly employees at corporate. You are forced to use your very limited PTO, or work long hours to make up for the closure leaving you exhausted during holidays. HR (people team) focuses their effort solely on the important people - providers and upper management.

One of the areas we’ve recently worked on is Paid Time Off. In March, we increased our PTO so Zoomers could spend more time with their families.
