The company has plenty of opportunities to grow here. If you're a go-getter and want to move up and learn more things. There are many opportunities for growth. The company is currently growing and going through a transition with a new president and he really is good at communicating what is going on and listening to concerns. There are socials at HQ once a month to get people to learn more about each other and make new friends. It has a nice young hip feel.

Cons

No parking at HQ and no free yearly Tri-Met pass

Open space with view to eat and socialize, helpful coworkers, lots to learn, CEO meeting with everyone to get updated on the company as a whole.

Cons

Managers should check in with new hires to see how they are getting settled.

New leadership has been placed and they are all very open to hearing ideas/feedback with regards to the business. I really feel like I am contributing to the larger picture.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly and there are some inefficiencies in the way processes are managed - need to scale better.
