Pros

- colleagues below director level are great, supportive, and are what keep this company afloat - company onboarding gives a good overview of the company, though team/role specific onboarding is minimal

Cons

where do i begin? - layoffs every quarter - bloated leadership structure; too many VPs and directors, with lots of micromanagement - leadership tends to punch down rather than support teams - no clear product vision or roadmap - pushes RTO (3x/week), even as many managers stay remote - loud open office with zero privacy - little to no company culture, unless you count forced fun - many teams work in silos and duplicate efforts across similar projects - mediocre benefits, especially for a public "tech" company

Strong collaborative culture with good growth opportunities

Pros

The collaborative atmosphere is one of the standout features here. Working across the legal, finance, accounting, tax, HR, and business teams has been genuinely enjoyable. There's a real sense of teamwork, mutual support, and empathy that makes difficult and complex projects much more manageable. The work itself is intellectually stimulating with a dynamic pace of change that keeps things interesting. There is also a genuine emphasis on leadership development. The public company structure also brings certain advantages in terms of transparency, established processes, compensation, and career development opportunities that might not be found at smaller private companies.

Cons

Although these are strong "pros" for me, working in the tech industry and at a publicly traded company isn't for everyone. If you prefer predictability and routine, depending on the function, the dynamic environment might feel uncomfortable compared to other types of companies.

ZoomInfo Was One of the Best Career Moves I’ve Made

Pros

Joining ZoomInfo was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my career. It’s a fast-moving, high-expectation environment that really pushes you—but in the best way. If you’re motivated and want to grow quickly, it’s the kind of place that gives you the tools and exposure to do that. What ZoomInfo gave me, beyond skills and outcomes, was a higher bar for what good looks like. It taught me how to ask better questions, move faster, and think more critically about growth. And those lessons stick with you, no matter where you go. It’s not always easy, but if you’re up for the pace, the growth you’ll see, in your skills, mindset, and confidence is real.

Cons

That said, it’s definitely a high-energy environment, not always a typical 9-to-5. The pace can be intense, and it’s important to come in with clear expectations around what it takes to succeed. There’s a strong culture of ownership and accountability, which can be incredibly motivating, but it might be challenging if you’re looking for a slower or more predictable routine.
