None at all it felt like I entered hell! Do not work for this company it will be worst decision you ever make!

Cons

Bunch of bullies from your colleagues, your manager and senior leadership they will gang up on you make your life hell then eventually get rid of you! They will feed favourites hot inbound leads and make out they are superstars while the people who work hard will be scratching their heads thinking why they are not keeping up with the favourites who are being spoon fed. Unexperienced and unprofessional managers who have no experience whatsoever. This is my experience with the UK sales team.

- Remote Setting - Lots of work to do

Cons

- huge amount of things to fix because of the way things get done, e.g. the prototyping model is so bad , you'll find product managers, managers, senior managers micromanaging your work with absolutely no technical expertise, if like having that , this is the place for you. - Manager Biased Remote Policy - Same offer for everyone - No Vision yet they land hundreds of dollars in deals - my hiring manager lacked technical expertise, ethics, no moral compass, pure toxic traits and behaviors. - Management lack technical expertise - Setup-to-fail, not only with the you but with those who came and resigned. - same 3 year plan, then set to failure, antagonizing managers make you quit/resign

The money is good once you build pipeline and your opportunities start to close

Cons

-Extreme boiler room environment -Long hours, no work life balance -High metrics - quotas are daily, weekly, and monthly. Even after hitting monthly quota you will get in trouble for prioritizing your next month -SDRs and AEs are assessed differently and their goals and strategies don’t align -Management encourages SDRs to lie to prospects about capabilities -Booked demo expected every 2 hours. You will receive endless slack messages if you’ve gone more than 2 hours -Treats you like a child. Extreme micromanagement and hand holding -Very few company holidays. You will be working almost every holiday including Christmas Eve. If prospects get mad at you for calling on their day off, management will blame you -Miss quota once and go on PIP
