      It's a tough life here since it's a growing company without clear steady strategy or leadership to strive for it, and often time see misalignment among leadership but individual contributors get penalized for the consequence.

      Great Place to Work if you Like to Work Hard

      Pros

      - great product - if upmarket, lots of large deals to be done - commission structure is very lucrative - depending on segment, leadership is very strong - taking feedback from their own flaws and slowly implementing changes to improve - very fast paced and you'll learn a ton - never get bored - lots of opportunity to move within the company - good benefits

      Cons

      - work/life balance is lower than other companies - the sales culture is definitely more toxic than other places, but they're working to try and change that - not enough diversity in leadership roles

      Pros

      If you are married to the grind and have big aspirations for your career, then this is the place. So much opportunity and so much growth.

      Cons

      This is only opinion, but old school sales tactics and styles. I hit goal pretty early, but personally was burnt out quick. Wish it would've turned out different but wasn't right for me and the family at the time.
