There performance bar is set high at ZoomInfo --in addition to being nervous about layoffs, you should also be concerned about the security of your job if you aren't consistently exceeding your goals. The CEO and leadership sentiment of, "if you don't like here, then leave" is a cold approach that feels very shut off to feedback. There are leaders at the company who have been there since the organization was a small startup, and they're typically the ones who contribute to a sour workplace culture. ZoomInfo has a rigorous hiring process now, but the people who were grandfathered into their leadership roles have not been held to the same standards. The HR department is an example of departments that were founded based on long-term employees -- the core HR team is comprised of personal best friends, which makes the department feel cliquey. When it comes to the rest of the HR roles, there seems to be a high level of turnover/layoffs, and when HRBPs join the organization, they aren't equipped to take action on employee concerns. This was evidenced by my own personal experiences reporting issues to HR (the lack of action regarding my reports ultimately resulted in my voluntary departure from the organization) as well as the experiences of other former employees.

SDRs have to work almost 12-hour days if they want to hit their high quota, weird hybrid schedule, and you have to pay for parking(when I was there, I don't know if that changes)
