At ZoomInfo, I have had the privilege of working with folks who provided opportunities for career growth and development, which is something that is encouraged throughout the company.

Cons

While not directly impacted by RTO plans, I believe that 2 days / week is the ideal number of days to truly be a remote/hybrid company.

Great product! Highly recommend to businesses it’s really wonderful

Cons

Horrible work life balance (non existent) my mental health has never been worse than working for zoominfo. Sad because I had such a great outlook on the company however that changed fast. 7-7 is ideally what you need to work to even get everything done in one day. No room for creativity focused solely on metrics and rushing people through training to get selling.
