Pros

Management genuinely takes feedback seriously. Upper management actively fights for best outcome. Frontline workers support each other and are upfront with criticism and bring well-thought solutions. Amazing culture. Benefits exceed market standard by a lot. Everyone's an open book and feels safe bringing up their thoughts or ideas in any open forum. Product is solid with many acquisitions that bolster offering instead of distract. Enablement teams ensure you're always on the forefront and prepared for any conversation. Communication speed is quick and everyone is "on the same team" with no teams that I wouldn't trust with my life. Everyone here is ready and willing to help where they can, with the phrase "that's not my job" never being uttered.

Cons

Holiday policy is far below "market leader" status. Expect to work on Christmas Eve and Black Friday (although they changed the latter one week before it came to pass). Blackout period on any PTO during December (although they changed that three weeks before it came to pass). Note that the above is only for sales & CX, and may not be true for other departments. However, that's legitimately the only con, which is saying something quite positive about the organization!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m happy to hear that our tech stack and reputation in the industry are seen and appreciated. As a former SDR, I know the role can be challenging. The reality is that success in this position is volume-driven. Some people exceed their quotas without much oversight; others need more time, coaching, and support. I’m sorry to hear that it translated to micromanagement in your experience. We never intend to make our employees feel micromanaged. Taking time off is an essential part of your career, and we do everything we can to empower our team members to take the time they need to rest and recharge. This looks different for everyone, which is why we have an unlimited PTO program. My door is open, and I am listening. If there’s anything I can do to help, please reach out to me. -Brian Vital, VP of Sales

Pros

Good product decent Salary/commission for SDR role Learn a lot about go to market teams and what they value

Cons

Work you like a dog Management is spread too thin over teams Training is trash i've never been at an org that does not do call reviews or talk track training. They have all the tools to do so but training and helping SDR's managers rarely do seek help from other SDR's
