Pros

If you care about a collaborative work environment with professionals passionate about their craft, come to ZoomInfo. You'll be surrounded by hard working, fun loving colleagues who genuinely support each other day in and day out towards excellence. ZoomInfo tries hard every day to connect with it's employees and goes the extra mile despite the remote stance. I feel a true sense of caring and belonging here. It's software/SaaS so inherently it's fast-paced. But I feel an amazing sense of accomplishment here at the end of every day. And I know I want to be here for years, not just quarters. I seek to fold into this culture and both learn from and add to it. They've made it clear they embrace EVERYONE at ZI. I challenged them during the interview on race issues and sexual orientation and they had a declared position on plus they backed it up with demonstrated actions. If you're seeking perfection, go elsewhere. ZoomInfo is not perfect, nor does it try to be. It simply tries to get 1% better every day and asks us to do the same. I can get on board with this agreement. Can you? If so please come join us. We're growing and we need YOUR energy here now.

Cons

Because ZoomInfo values the in person energy that comes with being in the office there's multiple approaches available for the post pandemic return to normal. If you're someone who never wants to be in an office working with colleagues again you may not gravitate to our culture. We want to be among each other, even if not a full 40 hours each week in the future. I don't consider it a con, but you might.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and for articulating the values that define ZoomInfo. The drive towards excellence you mentioned is something our employees embrace and that energy has fueled our incredible growth. We get 1% better each day because we support each other, learn from each other, grow and celebrate together. As you said, we like being together and thrive in a collegial, collaborative environment. Our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion programs strengthen our workplace and ensure all voices are heard. That's how we innovate and Define New Possibles. We can't wait to come back together this summer in our new hybrid remote working model. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts! -Paige, Employee Experience

Pros

- I genuinely love what I do, and it doesn't feel like work to me. - our Senior Leadership is willing to do whatever it takes to help make this company successful. Henry and Chris literally send emails to companies of all shape and size to welcome them into our ZoomInfo family, and they take phone calls with Customers to learn about what they care about which is extremely underrated and appreciated - ZoomInfo categorically leads the Go to Market Intelligence space - Investment in innovation and growth is second to none - The level of homegrown talent is incredible, and we're adding fantastic outside talent more and more every day which brings immense value and perspective - There are still so many companies who should/could be ZoomInfo Customers, so the market to gain is still incredible which is rare given where we stand in our market - We have the best systems, processes, technologies, and coaching available to us. - We're given the opportunity to show value and performance is measured objectively. - You get to speak to business owners, and go to market leaders every day so you learn best practices about going to market while on the job. Invaluable training for a lifetime of professional success. - The company is constantly iterating and improving, and will never settle for status quo - "how can we be 1% better every day" rings true for everything we do

Cons

- We believe in humble pie here, and being 1% better every day in every literal sense. You need to be ready to lean in to that, and if you're not this may not the environment for you. - There are a lot of extremely talented people at ZoomInfo. Employees need to be ready to approach every conversation with a sense of curiosity, humility and genuine interest to learn from their colleagues. If you're not looking for that environment, or you know that environment has challenged you in the past, this may not be the place for you. - I'm having a hard time finding "Cons" since this place is super special to me and my family, and I'm forever grateful to be a part of what we've built and will continue to build.

Pros

We have been at the forefront of our industry which has allowed me to gain exponential growth and experience over the years. Engineering is constantly pushing to learn new technologies and solve tough problems. Office perks has been getting better and better too.

Cons

We consider ourselves a tech company but I feel like we aren't getting the same perks as other tech companies in the area like Hubspot and TripAdvisor when comparing paid holidays, 100% insurance coverage and pay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Our engineering team is doing incredible things right now – anticipating customer needs and solving for them before the customer even knows they need them! These new challenges have opened up many avenues for employee growth and advancement, as you pointed out, and it's important to us to promote from within whenever possible. Regarding perks and benefits, our Total Rewards team is constantly evaluating our offerings and looking for ways to improve, so if you have a suggestion, please do reach out to your HR business partner. Thanks again for your feedback, -Paige, Employee Experience
