      Pros

      Great Culture, Great Vision, Processes Improving, and the Benefits are that of a large organization. The company is becoming a big part of the community here and it is great to be apart of.

      Cons

      Change Direction very quickly and the ability to know every employee is a challenge as we are growing so quickly.

      Growth Starts Here... And it Doesn't Get Any Better!!

      Pros

      -This company continues to impress - there is growth in every department, growth in the product and offering, growth for our customers and growth for the community. -The leadership and organization as a whole continues to invest back into the company, and into the people that are driving this company forward (ie. training, revamping health plans for the benefits of families, 401k plans to name a few). -There are Leadership and Development programs for those interested in moving upwards within the organization, and those that are higher up invest their time and energy to continue to mentor those within their team and across departments to offer them a different viewpoint. -The culture within the organization is the reason for success and despite the rapid growth, somehow the company hasn't lost that tight-knit feel and camaraderie. Everyone is committed to success, and most importantly they give that success back into the local community through charitable efforts.

      Cons

      Growth doesn't come easy and success is earned not given - if you share that commitment then you'll thrive here. However, if you're hoping to get by and avoid challenging work and not be challenged to offer good ideas or improve professionally then you're probably better off somewhere else.
