In SMB, the sale is sometimes more transactional, and that is because we are often helping smaller companies quickly change the trajectory of their business with our solutions. That can make forecasting harder at times, but we are proud to show up whenever customers need us. On work life balance, we have made real progress. We encourage reps to align with their leaders on their personal priorities and time off needs so they can take care of themselves and still hit their number.
