They treat you like a number, just like any publicly traded company. You can have a good relationship with your manager and director, but at the end of the day, you're just a number to the company.

Stay away from this sinking ship! Constant layoffs. They distribute the extra work to the remaining people with no increase in pay. Lots of micromanaging. Pretend that they value employee feedback and do nothing with it.
