senior management layer is not data driven (in a lot of cases working from hunch, without data to back feelings), not focused and sometimes unpleasant and disrespecting.

Pros

Great team atmosphere. You can go to anyone for support. Zoominfo put a lot into their training. It was probably one of the best onboarding experiences I've had. It will be a lot to take in.

Cons

Not a great work life balance. You have to be prepared to work over 8 hour days to hit your quota.
