There is a ton of opportunity and room for growth. The company really invests in their people and really emphasize hiring from within. I started as a research analyst 3 years ago and have worked my way up to Customer Success role. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to learn and advance my career in such a positive work environment. The people really make this job! Hands down the best group of people I've ever worked with. Everyone is incredibly supportive and want to see each other succeed. You won't find a work environment like this anywhere else.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. It's a fast-paced environment, so be ready to give it your all every day and you will be rewarded!

This is a great role if you want to know EVERYTHING there is to know about the platform. The onboarding process is very detailed and they do everything they can to set you up for SUCCESS. If you like helping people and connecting with the end users then this would be a great fit.

Cons

No con's. I am looking forward to learning the new features that I was not already aware of.
